Only 1 full weekend is needed to complete the class & you will need to schedule the Certification weekend with the shop.

Once you have made a reservation... Click below and get started on the course work.

You will need to complete the Open Water Diver Section (1-6) before the first class.

Also, you will need to come by the shop and get fitted for your personal equipment (not included).

We can do this the night of your class, either right before class or just after.

Please bring a Bathing Suit, a towel, all personal gear, and student materials to each class.

The Daily Deals includes Student Materials, Instructor Fees, Rental Equipment for the pool, Tanks, wieghts, pool time.
The Daily Deal tuition does not include Personal Equipment or Certification Dives
 
***No Referrals will be given for discounted classes, our referral fee is $149, if you sign up for a discounted class and then ask
for a referral you are responsible for the difference between the discounted class and the normal class fee, Please understand,
we enjoy the ability to help get people started diving, and we want you to be a happy, confident and comfortable diver - we
provide a value in our classes you problably will not find anywhere else.

Discover Scuba DivingAdv2

Description

The Discover Scuba Diving program lets you experience the tranquility and excitement of diving under the supervision of a Diving Professional in a pool or a pool-like condition. During your adventure, you’ll learn some of the basic concepts and skills necessary to breathe under water. We’re confident you’ll fall in love and want to learn more.

What you get

As soon as you Discover Scuba Diving, you’re on your way to an internationally recognized certification. That’s because you may learn skills used in the Open Water Diver course during your Discover Scuba Diving adventure. The skills you practice in this course may be credited toward the Scuba Diver or Open Water Diver certifications. Ask your instructor for more details on how to give SCUBA Diving a try in the ocean. What’s Next?

The Discover Scuba Diving course gives you confidence and skills to move on to the Open Water Diver certification where you become a fully certified scuba diver, able to plan and make dives, almost anywhere in the world.

Requirements

  • Minimum Age: 10 (Participants age 10-13 require participating adult or must be enrolled in a private class)
  • A completed and signed Try/Discover Scuba Diving brochure pool
  • There are no course materials needed; we’ll keep it simple, fun and get you on your way to taking your first breath and ”flying” weightlessly under the water! Price includes rental of all gear, including a scuba unit, mask, snorkel, boots and fins.

Cost

Pool Session – Only $95 per person (Reservation Required)

*The Dive Shop On McEver routinely schedules scuba trips to local lakes, quarries and oceans as well as more extravagant adventures, such as the Florida Keys, Bonaire or South America. Price does not include trip expenses, gear rental, room, board or any other cost outside of the Discover Scuba Open Water Session. Talk with your instructor for more information.
